Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $49.
• Standard shipping (tracked): $5.90 flat rate worldwide.
• Destinations: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, Australia and most other countries.
• Delivery times: 7–14 business days to the US/UK/EU, 10–18 business days elsewhere.
• Processing: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

During high-demand periods (holiday seasons) delivery may take a few days longer. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us and we'll make it right.

Returns — Our 30-Day Promise

If your pet doesn't love their new calm-inducing product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible:

• The item should be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
• For hygiene reasons, opened plush toys and mats can be returned but a small restocking fee may apply.
• Contact us first at calmpawhaven.shop@gmail.com with your order number — we'll guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Mistakes happen, and when they do we fix them at our cost. Send us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship. After shipment, standard return rules apply.
