Happy Hunter, Calm Cat

🎯

Real Hunt Instincts

Flapping + chirping triggers the full chase-pounce-capture sequence.

😇

Boredom Melts Away

A tired hunter is a calm companion — fewer 3 AM zoomies, more naps.

🌿

Catnip Bonus

Refillable pouch keeps the toy exciting for months, not days.

How to Use: From First Look to Full Hunt

  1. Introduce it switched off. Place the still bird on the floor and let your cat investigate at her own pace. Rub the included catnip pouch on it to speed up first contact. Skip this step and a nervous cat may bolt from the flapping.
  2. Turn on the flap, not the chirp. Once she bats the still toy confidently, switch on the wing flap and let her chase it across the floor. Prey that darts away in short bursts triggers the hunt sequence best.
  3. Add sound, then let her win. Finally enable the chirp. End every session with the bird "caught" under her paws for a few triumphant seconds, then put it away — 8-10 minutes of full hunting beats an hour of half-hearted swatting.

Charge via the included USB cable; a full charge lasts multiple play weeks. Wipe the body with a damp cloth — never submerge the electronics. See the FAQ for nervous-cat introductions.

What Cat Parents Say

★★★★★ 4.8 · A hit with indoor cats
Priya S. — indoor Bengal✓ Verified Buyer

★★★★★

My Bengal needs constant stimulation or she starts reorganizing my shelves. This flapping bird is the first toy she hasn't lost interest in after a week. The chirp is surprisingly realistic — she does the full stalk-pounce-pounce-kill sequence every time. Best $20 I've spent on her.

Both my cats (one lazy, one feral-level energetic) go nuts for this. The flapping motion is what does it — regular feather wands they ignore after a minute. Charge lasts several play sessions. My only tip: don't leave it out unsupervised, they WILL drag it under the couch.

★★★★☆

Wasn't sure my 12-year-old would care, but the chirping sound woke up her inner kitten. She plays in short bursts, 2-3 minutes at a time, which the vet says is perfect gentle exercise for a senior. Minus one star because the catnip pouch is quite small.
